A company by the name of ABT Sportsline, a specialist in Audi tuning, has come up with a full vehicle faux carbon fiber adhesive for the Audi Q7 and R8.
The synthetic material can be applied to any panel of the car, and looks just like carbon fiber. Apparently the material looks and feels almost identical to carbon fiber. ABT is planning to offer this wrap to the A4 as well as the TT if things go well.
We realize it doesn’t provide the benefits of carbon fiber, but many people just love the look. Not to mention that the entire car can’t be made from real carbon fiber for an affordable price. This allows people to have the entire car look like carbon fiber for a relatively inexpensive price.
If something like this could be done to every car, is it something you would consider?
