You’ve heard right, we’ve finally got ourselves on Facebook, so make sure and add us as a fan! We’ll be doing Facebook exclusive stuff in the future, so be on the lookout. There’s a few other ways you can connect with us:
Find our page, and add us a fan.
We’re working on building up the largest collection of carbon fiber related media on the internet. If you happen to have any carbon fiber pictures, add them to our group, or simply check out what other people have contributed. As an added benefit to you Flickr users, every single page on Carbon Fiber Gear displays some of the latest pictures added to the group (you can see this at the bottom of the page), so we generally send a good amount of people to look at the photos. So if you want to get a lot of people checking out your pictures, make sure and join!
Social bookmarking and promoting Carbon Fiber Gear is one of the things that we appreciate more than anything from you guys. Whether you’re adding a post we wrote to Digg, StumbleUpon, Delicious, or the many others out there, we thank you. It helps spread the word about our site, which helps us grow, which helps us bring you even more content. We make it extremely easy to submit to social bookmarking sites…on each article we post, you’ll see a link that says “Share/Bookmark This Post”, if you hover over that you’ll get a little box that pops up and gives you options to submit that article or even e-mail a link to your friend.
For those in the know, you can subscribe to our RSS feed, as soon as we post a new article to the site, it will come up in your feed reader. If you’re new to RSS, you can read a great overview here. We’ve currently got over 300 subscribers, and the number keeps going up. Find out what you’re missing.
Subscribe To Our Newsletter
If you don’t want to deal with RSS, and would rather just have us send you an e-mail with our latest updates, simply enter your e-mail on the subscribe box on the right side of our site. Remember, we’ll send you an e-mail to confirm your subscription, so you won’t get updates until you click the link in there. We’ll have exclusive information, promotions, etc in our newsletter, so even if you’re on the RSS feed, you may want to consider subscribing.
I consider our readers as one big carbon fiber enthusiast community. On all of our posts you have the opportunity to post your comments at the bottom and read what other people are saying. I encourage you all to stay active on the site!
We’ve created a lot of different channels for you to be a part of our carbon fiber community, but if you’ve got ideas for new ways, we’re all ears!
