The boys over at Speedhunters were able to finagle their way into the Pagani factory for a four hour tour of the entire operation.  For those not in the know, Pagani is the manufacturer of the Zonda supercar, such as the $1.5 million carbon-titanium Cinque.

The series is split up into 3 different articles:

These articles are a must see for any automotive or carbon fiber nut.  The pictures are simply stunning, and it’s really neat to see what goes on behind the scenes of such an amazing piece of machinery.

Here’s a few select pictures, but make sure to read the article on Speedhunters for the whole shebang:

Here’s the carbon-titanium material we talked about in the Cinque article, it includes layers of titanium strands embedded into the carbon fiber material:

I absolutly love the Pagani Zonda, I have been a fan of them ever since I bought some car book about six years ago and it had a rear picture of the C12 showing off its incredible quad exhaust. I have yet to go to the Pagani Zonda factory but would very much like to. Thank you Carbonfibergear for posting this article.

Those pictures are of the Zonda R not the Cinque…

I saw this titanium carbon a few years ago, but have since lost the link to who manufacturers it. Does anyone know who makes it?
