If your find yourself wanting to go fine dining in Paris, than you may consider heading to Le Jules Verne in the Eiffel Tower. It boasts one of the most beautiful views of Paris and has an intimate and inviting dining room that plays with the natural lighting as well as city lighting.
This site is about carbon fiber, so why should you care? When Patrick Jouin was designing the restaurant, weight played a large factor as to the final outcome of the look. In fact, he had to take all the old furnishings and weigh them to ensure that the new stuff did not weigh more. Even the floor had to be demolished and recast in a lightweight cement. When it came to choosing chairs, Patrick went with exclusively molded ones made from carbon fiber and orange leather:
The base of the chair is designed like skis, to allow them to easily slide underneath the table. The leather has an embossed restaurant logo in it.
