Lamborghini has used carbon fiber in its vehicles for over 30 years.  From the Sesto Elemento concept to its research center in Sant’Agata Bolognese, Lamborghini has always been at the forefront of carbon fiber research.   On June 21st, they extended that one step further by opening a new Advanced Composites Structures Laboratory (ACSL) in Seattle.  The goal of the ACSL is to unlock new potential in carbon fiber to help influence developments of the future.

The reason Seattle was chosen as a location is because of its strategic partnership with airplane manufacturing Boeing.  The collaboration between the two companies are beneficial to both the automotive and aerospace industries.
