In the spirit of Halloween, I present to you, the Cybertrek Wings! Ok, being honest here, these just look like an updated version of Edward Scissorhands. Yet, they are mechanical wings made out of carbon fiber and extruded aluminum. And no, they won’t help you fly or really do much of anything for that matter, except help complete the coolest Halloween costume out there.

The Cybertek Wings can actually extend and retract like real wings of a bird, but like I said, they won’t lift you off the ground. All of the wings are made to order so it can take anywhere from one to five months for shipment. You can customize the colored wingtips, which activate when the wings extend, so yours don’t have to be blue like the pictures.  With version 2.0, the CO2 powered wings open to more than 6 feet wide and deploy in a split second.  The wings are controlled by a hand held control pad.

The Cybertek Wings will cost you $1000 but the good news for people out there dying to get their hands on carbon fiber wings, you can rent them for photoshoots or even events. If anyone has ever bought or rented these, please share your photos!
